We first met Bob and the BPI team at a home show. We had been considering a kitchen remodeling project for some time and were looking to find a contractor to work with. We spoke with several contractors at the home show but our first conversation with Bob gave us a sense that he and his team represented what we were looking for. Our home is older and not large so we were not looking for high end prices. We were, however, looking for high end quality and BPI delivered. The BPI team listened to our needs and designed according to our goals. There were several thorny problems we needed to address based on the original house design and layout. They provided guidance throughout the process and made recommendations that enhanced the end result without ever minimizing the importance of our input. Every member of the team from the top down showed the same commitment to quality and satisfaction we had expected from the very first meeting. The care and professionalism was exemplary and the end result has us repeating every day, “We love our new kitchen.” We have enjoyed it for nearly a year with no issues in material or craftsmanship and heartily endorse BPI. We would use BPI again for other projects without hesitation.

We had Building Professionals and Bob LaFleur add on a deck and sunroom to our house. It was a great decision. The 3 season sunroom is now our favorite part of the house. Their quality of work and professionalism throughout the construction was excellent. Bob was involved in all aspects of the project and helped us through the planning, materials selection, and design. The outcome is a beautiful addition that not only give us many days of pleasure but adds significant value to our house. I would strongly recommend this company for any construction project.

Building Professionals has provided stellar home remodeling and repair services to my family over the years. They fulfilled our dream to replace a deck with a large screened porch using technology and construction skills to ensure the finished result looked like it had been part of the original home design and allowing us to almost live outside in the summer and truly enjoy our property. Bob LaFleur and his team also did a kitchen island upgrade that transformed the room and, in an innovative way, economically repaired a skylight for us saving us hundreds in window replacement costs. I had an outstanding experience with Building Professionals for a framing/remodel project in our older house. Robert and his team were professional, communicative, reliable, and friendly. The quality of work was outstanding, and the cost of the project seemed very reasonable. At one point in the project, BPI made an honest mistake, resulting in an unexpected additional cost.
